great result man and a very good cash prize
How many players were in the tourney? yeah, i've been hearing a lot about 888 lately and i'd really like to know how's the competition there? soft, medium? and what about blind structure? is it worth to give it a shot there?

Thanks for the kind comments everyone. Really appreciate it I'll just be leaving the money there and I'll just be playing the same buy in tourneys I have been. As for being in the final 9 of the wsop, now that would be sweet

There was about 330 players in it I think(will have to check later) they do all types of structured tourneys so they will be something to suit everyone. The players at the lower levels are really pretty soft. That's the highest buy in I've played there so can't say for the higher levels. It's definitely worth a punt mate. I deposited $50 a couple of months back and now I have $550. And I wouldn't say I was a "great"player. Just average I guess. So if I can make some money on there I'm sure a lot of people on here could.
Good luck on and off the felts all and thanks again

I also saw those guaranteed tournaments but i think i'll try an omaha one first, i think the lowest is the $2.5 one, right?
No man the lowest is a $1.60 rebuy $400 Guaranteed I think. It's on a morning that one tho. About 10:15 gmt they are really soft those games so you should do well. Good luck

Now that's a tournament and an amount of change worth bragging about. Congratulations on a fine finish.
One of these days I'm going to play in one of those $5.50+ tournaments and try my luck. I know I can't jump in just one and perform or expect to finish well so I'm just going to have to move up in my level of play. I usually don't play much above $2.20 and that's mostly SnG's.

Indeed..thats a result worth mentioning !!
Sometimes i think you make to many threads posting your results but this one is legit.
Maybe you should open a thread like "bullettooth1 poker results" or something and then when you have a few new results post them in your thread instead of making new ones every time.
very nice one my friend, congrats for your 1st place finishing in a guaranteed tournament which is not easy... as we all know patience in poker is the KEY to succeed so you had during the final table...

I didn't think that i had made so many. i only post decent sized ones or from different games like the PLO/PLO8 ones which i had just started to play and was doing pretty well in. oh and there was those freeroll ones. not THAT many i don't think. I guess starting a "my results" thread would be a good idea, save people getting annoyed at me i guess good luck on and off the felts all
