Hi guys,
Fult Tilt's reapperance has peaked my interest. I figured there would be some great incentives to sign up (I never had an account prior) but it seems they have no desire to work with affiliates currently and revamped their VIP program to be more mediocre like PokerStars.
My question is: Do you think I should avoid playing there for now until rakeback offers start circulating or do you think that they'll likely never go that way again and I should just take this $20 Ring game ticket they've been offering people?
Thanks for your thought and speculations, Majik

I think that 20 dollar ring game ticket is great offer to start play there.. I mean it was good for me, who hate deposits and love withdrawals I really enjoyed that ticket and made some cash through it

You're probably right Macubaas about everyone wanting to know the answer. And I'm leaning in the same direction as you there on them likely never offering rake back. I play a lot though so I'd hate to sign up now and find out later I shot myself in the foot. And Full Tilt is one of the last big sites I haven't done a gift offer on, so I'd like to find a way to make it count.
For some of us it doesn't matter as the Full Tilt website is blocked in some countries such as South Korea.
Hopefully Their management gets on the ball and convinces the South Korean Government to unblock the site, since pokerstars is ok here and they have the smae management

I am almost 100% certain that they have already announced officially that there will be NO rake back.. There's a huge thread on 2+2 discussing it.
------------ VIP/RB/Rewards will be a similar system to stars from what I understand.. Where high-volume players will be better offer compared to the old flat 27% FTP RB, but low-volume / low stakes players will certainly be getting less.

Oh, well that's encouraging then. So Jess you're saying that the rewards program as is already outpreforms the old RB system if you're a large volume player. So I can safely sign up now and in the future if I do decide to grind hard I'll likely still be able to get good value.

G'day mate
Well I was reading on another site ( not sure I can say it name. ) the FullTilt will never again be offering a rake back program. They are however going to be giving a Vpp/Fpp VIP structure like they do on there parent site Starts which if I understand correctly is better system for any high volume player but is not as good for lower limit low volume players. I hope this helps you mate.

They had a quite good bonus when they reopend the room. But that one is gone. Like with Stars i don't expect to much more in this department. If you are looking for good bonusses, play somewhere else.

All the sites are getting pretty similar in what they offer and how they offer it. Little teases to intice people to join up, mediocre teases to get you to deposit and huge rewards for those people who contribute a load of money to play ! Close your eyes and stick a pin in any old list and go to wherever your pin sticks!

What 20$ ticket? I think that promotion is over now.

I was tracked to a big affiliate of FT and they cancelled it. I guess they did this with many other affiliates. I also think that they will not offer rakeback as long as they are with pokerstars. They do have their own Edge program now.

Yeah - but my FTP account is banned as far as I know and while I didn't actually do anything wrong and I'm fairly sure I can get it un-banned fairly easily, at this point I have no real interest in FTP - so don't go by what I'm saying, but I do remember reading that.. But look into it, the info is definitely out there, on 'the big poker forum'.
