A trio of EU trade associations have joined together to put pressure on EU Services Commissioner, Michel Barnier, with regards to illegal European online gaming sites.
The move follows the release of the EU's bill to address online gaming across its member states.
According to The European Lotteries Association, European Pari Mutuel Association and European Casino Association, the bill doesn't address operators offering services illegally from within the EU.
Wanting Barnier to draw up a blacklist of rogue operators, the group are now awaiting the EU's decision on the matter.

i've heard that trio of EU trade associations (EU anti-jerking association, EU lost your roll at stars association & EU small cock officers association) included stars & full tilt as mega rogue operators- which basically means that it's the end of their operations in Europe Shock from 2013.03.01 you will be able to play at pokerstarz & full tilt only if u are a resident of Botswana

What criteria is the EU using to make out their blacklist? Are their any links available on this story? at the moment this would have to be categorized as rumor. Nor saying I disbielve any of it but some confirmation from an independent source would be nice.

Yeah, thats great, now they should ban online poker in Europe too Thumbs Down Thumbs Down Thumbs Down

I think in the future the only places where you'll be able to play online poker will be Asia, Russia, South America and probably UK simply because they don't care about the nonsense that come from Bruxelles.
