I know several of you mobsters are very adept at things like website management and softwares, and as I will be soon managing the website for my scout troop I was wondering if anybody had some recommendations. Thank you!

for raw editing of any code/script it's hard to go past notepad++ as basic editor, it's basically just like regular notepad, but has syntax highliting for many many different languages, plus line numbers and other basic code editing features..
In terms of WYSIWYG editors (What you see is what you get), a quick google search comes up with a LifeHacker page (LH are usually on the ball!):
------------ edit: If you need help with anything more advanced, like scipting or anything, post your code and I can take a look.. I hate web design and HTML/CSS isn't exactly my favourite thing in the world, but I am quite good with ANY code and can generally figure out the logic for most problems pretty quick!
