To play for these sums is a dream for many, to play the styles some of our fellow players adopt makes it hard to actually learn how to win and play solid poker, getting bad beats so often it may put some off. It would be nice to play at any level a good game of poker using skill, cunning the occasional bluff or bravado, not every hand ramming and jamming, oh but to dream, lol.

13 players just said goodbye to $250k each! I can imagine what life is with $250k, but if I had that available I sure wouldn’t put them in risk at a card game (only if I had those $250k multiplied by… a lot of times). And Sam Trickett is on the right way to claim those $2M AUD. As for Patrick, he’s also trying the same at Aussie Millions. But there’s no such thing as previously announced winners at poker!
