move up!!!
Great work man, you play $buyin games too? You should have a crack at some where the prize money is a bit better, surely beating 3 huge-field games in so soon a time means you must be pretty decent! Why not have a run at some real$ games? Deposit a couple hundred or so and take a run at the $10 buyins or something?? Just a thought anyway.

thanks Jess, yea i play some buyin tourneys...but im grindin freerolls atm as my goal this year is to not deposit any money in any sites and work off from what i win in freerolls..i know it seems stupid but normally i deposit and end up blowin all on cash tables.
So really trying to stick to my goals. want to stick to br management so getting up right cash for right buyins
i understand what you are saying jess, but hopefully i grind up to right balance soon goodluck at tables

G'day mate
You stick to your goal. you are doing great right now. do not worry you will get there in time and you will be proud of yourself for doing it this way. Do not go chasing after the fast buck by making a large deposit and then blowing it all because of lack of discipline. I made that mistake recently and now I am doing what you are to reteach myself proper bankroll management.
Bankroll Management is the most important tool a successful player has in there arsenal, without it you will never become a truly successful positive cash player. I forgot that and now I am paying the price. I have even turned down sponsorship until I get a handle on this again.

Fair enough - if you have bankroll management issues (like I do!) then your idea is probably a much wiser idea than mine! Learn the discipline aye? If you can stick to strict rules grinding freerolls, then you'll probably be under control by the time you hit the $5 buyin games!

Nice performance at the table grahamy and I hope your luck does continue. I know I'm doing relatively well so far myself. Last night was just an example. Of course I play a lot of 9 player SnG's, but I had 2-2nd's, a 1st in 3 of 3, 5.50 SnG's plus a 2nd in a $1.10 rebuy. to increase my BR by $82 last night.
I like hearing about the Mobster s doing well at the tables so keep it up!
