today i rang luckyace poker as i was having trouble withdrawing i was greeted by latoya a very helpfull lady i told her she had a familiar voice as she sounds just like latoya from 888 as i had some issues with 888 lastweek, anyhow i asked her if the firm had anything to do with 888 she said, who? i wanted her to check my debit cards on both sites so she can see i am verified with 888 and to save me the process of verification when there is no great need anyhow she dosent know who 888 is so i said fair enough so i needed to reopen 888 as i closed it to cashout and needed to reopen i rang them and , guess who? LATOYA i said ive just been speaking to you she said i cant confirm it but it is possible same voice etc i was bewildered i put the phone down and rang wsop online another cassava site its only latoya again and she does not know of the existance of 888 or la poker , clearly the staff are trained not acknowledge the other sites, but why ? after all dont i have a right to know whom im depositing with ? And is it it fair to lie to your customers and making them feel like some kind of CONSPIRACY PARANOIA GARBAGE CHATTER. i expect the truth from people that f**k about with my money. my point is she can access all 3 sites and check to see i am who i am instead of decieving customers so their bankroll is reversed and spent because of the lengthy procedure and at very least they will get the intrest on this held bank money that collectivly will be a small fortune worldwide. CASH HANDLING REQUIRES HONEST PEOPLE Aww crap!

Ok I am surprised that you did not expect this type of thing going into the conversations.
It is well know that NO i repeat NO call center employees are allowed to acknowledge the competition and in 99% of all case NOT allowed to even acknowledge that they there sister company's or subsidiaries to a call in customer. I know several people who work at call centers and they have all told my if there admit to knowing about these things then they are immediately fired.

I mean do you know how many hotel chains are owned by the Hilton family.

888 poker and Luckyace are part of the same network, so I am not surprised that they have the same people on the support telephones. In my experience I have found that although emailing 888 support is slower, the quality of the response better than the live chat. I suspect that this is because they subcontract their live response, while emails are handled from their main office, but I could be wrong. GL
