I'm not trying to flippant here but the best strategy here would probably be to leave and find a softer table.

One of the most important skills playing online cash is table selection.

work on your post flop game and loosen your starting hand range otherwise ud get grinded to a nub, you have to be more aggressive and be the one putting them to a decision

most people suggest to play tighter in a loose game but you should do the exact opposite unless u know they are maniacs and youll double up thru them with 1 good hand but then still its better to play a little looser so you get more opportunitys to stack them Thumbs Up

I usually sit until the blinds are up to at least 50/100 and then play only good hands. Sometimes you still lose out, but generally you can make the pay on a 9 player SnG. I believe they payout top three (3) positions.

Good Luck! Or do as suggested and look for softer tables which is hard to do in 9 player SnG's at low buyins.

Since you said cash game and not a table of sng or tournaemts the magic word is table selection Blink

I can tell your from experience that on a table with more than 3 aggressive players on long term you'll lose money. The best would be on a 9 max table if you have 1 or 2 over-aggressive players, in that situation they will only donate money on that table. If you slowplay a good hand it's one of the best strategies to make $$$ from them.
