Take the money you earned (25 euro) if you can and then close the account. I wouldnt be surprised if after your cash out request told you that you havent met the playthrough requirements

It's hard to believe that there's stuff like this going on and can actually occur. I don't know how a site can promote then rob you for the winnings. Maybe the missing money is being sent to you, but based on what your saying I strongly doubt it.
As soon as i sent an email about this not beeing fair they told me i was abusing the casino and i should find another casino to abuse...

They are truly criminals and have all sort of tricks to rob you from your money.
I can imagine if you deposit 500 on there and get some of their ridiculous bonusses of 2000% and then play for weeks to make the playthrough and then you get all sorts of problems trying to withdraw.
They will always find something to not give you the money..the support is so childish ..they just take all the money out your account and wont answer live support and sent you emails about you beeing an abuser of the casino etc
Amazing stuff...luckely this was only free money...

I think everyone appreciates on the work you’re doing about finding and revealing all these schemes, but it doesn’t seem reasonable for me to have you coming here asking for BRM to end their partnership with them, that involves money, and probably it gives profits, and one can’t try to eliminate something that was created with that intention (not to fool people, but to earn with their will to reach the game). Even if the other part isn’t 100% trustfull. We just recently saw PS can’t also control a lot of things that should be controlled and it’s not because of that that people will stop playing there.

Not that I don't believe the OP but could you please post a link to the original promotion so I can look up the Terms & Conditions of it?
I'd really like to know wtf is going on... Maybe it's not a scam though - my whole PKR balance will dissapear by end of Feb if I don't make the neccessary rake.
You gotta be aware of such facts before you take up on any promo

The original promotion i got in my email that i had a 5 euro free chip in my account.
Then when i claimed the promotion i read the T & C and it was a max payout of 25 euro. When i met the playthrough i was at 75 euro. Then i got the first mail from them when i contacted them about reaching the playthrough

So they actually took 50 from my account so i had 25 left and untill then it was absolut fair. But they told me i could play with the 25 to try and make 100. Well i got to 312 and then contacted support again that i want to pay out.
Thats when all the shjit happened and they wouldnt answer me at live support, took all the balance except 25 from my account and when i sent an email about this then they start accusing me of bonus abuse etc and i need to go and find another casino to rip of.
If it wasnt for the email i got that i had a free chip i wouldnt even have played there
Dont care about the money but more about beeing openly scammed by those people.. You know there is a real person just scamming away all day trying to take some depositers money. Its sad
