Hey there Mobsters! Been quite a while since I've posted. It's been a rough couple of years here in U.S. as I am sure you are all aware. I've missed being able to play in the comfort of my own home. Laws have been slowly changing, & as far as I am aware, U.S. players can play online again, according to our federal government. They recently decided that poker was a game of skill & not just luck or pure gambling. Still there aren't a lot of sites that will allow U.S. players to play, Pokerstars for example. I hate to admit, but I still go on PS & play for fun just to try & keep in practice on my game. One other thing I miss a lot is posting here, & getting feedback from other players around the globe. I'm planning on checking out America's Cardroom in the next month or so. We will see how it goes. Anyhow, along with searching for a new site to play on, I plan to begin bloggin about poker, & its struggles here in The American market in the months & years to come. I really shouldn't have let myself quit blogging, so my return is long overdue! Anyhow, just wanted to say hey, & sorry I have beenun-fashionably absent. Here's to more new threads from yours truly!

Hoodi, Long time since I've heard from you so I do hope you end up spending some time here in the forum letting us know what's up in your world. Always enjoyed the stories and playing in the BRM games that BMWman used to setup.
You should signup at Carbon Poker through BRM here and take their signing bonus. Definitely would be nice to see you at the tables. Carbon has come a long way since most U.S. players are on the site. Thier game structure, software and game variety is really good now days.
So are you in the St. Louis area or back out west in the big C? Just curious as you know I'm right up the road from St Louis and go through there periodically for business. Good Luck!

while you're at it, u could try to accumulate enough play chips to exchange it to real cash (i believe rate is around $3 fro 1 million play chips)...just adds another dimension to play money games imo

Thanks for all the awesome "Welcome Backs" Mobsters! I believe I already have an old carbon poker account, from back in the day. So I wouldn't be able to utilize BRM's awesome rakeback deals. -Green, Yes I'm back in Stl, let me know if you're coming through town we will have to get together or something. -Administrator, Hey Tony, Mo still not a poker friendly state? I am looking into a couple of other sites like Cake poker, America's cardroom, & was also thinking about Leggo which Phil Ivey just recently purchased. Any feedback on these sites?Until next time Mobsters, good luck on the felt both vitual & b&m.
