I know there are many questions like this but I have to ask.I requested for a no deposit bonus 150$ party poker .I did it on the 5th of February,now is already the 14th.Maybe there are some problems with that or it won't work in my country...Just want to know.Thank you.

Party Poker can be a little bit slow sometimes, however if you need help with it, you need to contact Bankrollmob support, rather than Party support (they likely won't really know much about it - as they're not trained to know all the different affiliate deals and how they work).
Use the support link up the top of the screen to send an email to BRM support and they'll let you know what's going on.
But so long as you followed the instructions correctly and aren't abusing the bonus in any way (like you've never had a PP account before) then you WILL definitely get your bonus

no transfer of $10 to my stars account = no answer btw if you think that's harsh, wait till u hear admin's rates...(rumor goes that to get an answer from him u have to ship no less than $25 to his stars account...just in case u'r interested id: manpochui)

With only nine days so far, you are in the regular time limit for this bonus. Also you need to consider that weekends dont count in, so thats even less days. Just have some patience and you will get it.
