The seventh anniversary of PokerStars' legendary weekly tournament will have a gigantic $7 million prize pool with at least $1 million going to the winner. Registration is open now and FPP/cash satellites have already begun. For the guarantee to be met, at least 35,000 players have to participate

G'day
I have absolutely no doubt that this tournament will make the required 35K plus entrees. I would love to play this tournament but I realize if I do I will need to be prepared for up to a 12 hour long game perhaps more. Well best of luck to any mobster who plays

The prize pool is really good but if you think at that large player pool you realize that a lot of luck will be involved if you want to win something...
What is the lowest buy in sattelite for this tournament and what is the regular buy in?

$7 million is a reaaaaaaaaly big prize-pool...i'd say on par with wsop me...can't really recall was there any bigger tourney online (in terms of prize-pool), but this one really looks sweet. sure the number of players will be huge, but i don't think it's a problem- structure is nice, slow enough to play some real poker imo

That's true of any tournament. With the extra publicity and larger prize money I would expect the early stages of the tournament to be wilder than usual though.

Well as far as i am concerned there is no way i am playing even if someone pays for my entrnce (hint hint). I mean who in there right mind wants to risk $1.00 for the sake of winning a share of $7. million really its laughable. The trouble I find with the poker world ,is that it is full of people who take chances . Fools who think things can only get better ( I laugh in your face). Right i am off too play bingo a real game .

I still haven't read the email they sent me very well, i didn't understood how would i have the chance to run for that money spending only $1. Would that be because of having lots of satellites that will give access to the main event, or do i really only have to register with $1 to enter this big action? That would be awesome, but crowded too!!!
