BRM is the best!!! now we're really gonna have a fat "BRM Easter home game"! We also have our first donor from the forum- it's Mysik86. Hope there's more to come. This time i'm gonna post donors only when i actually receive the donations in my account. (id: manpochui)
Now one thing i wanted to do is a clean-out of "the rigged place", we have around 200 club members, and to be honest i don't know many of them- so there is a chance they might actually are not brm members...so to fight against this- i'm gonna kick out all of the unknown club members ,no worries if u are kicked out- you have to re-apply to the club & post you request in this thread (write your stars id & date when you applied to the club)- once i check that the details match, you will be allowed to enter the club.
Since this is a tournament for the whole community- you guys (and gals) will decide on all the details regarding this tourney. i'm gonna create a few threads with questions about the buy-in, date, start time, game, format- and create a poll alongside the thread: whatever the poll results will be- they will stand as the final decision.
tourney will be opened for registration 2 weeks before the start time.
feel free to ask anything...
For those who have been kicked out unceremoniously & for new members- here's how to join The Rigged Place: - If you don't already have it, download PokerSt@rs software - Open the main poker lobby, then click on the Home Games tab - Click the 'Join a Poker Club' button - Enter Club ID number: 671258 - Enter Invitation Code: pokerisrigged - on "Your Name" line- write your BRM profile name
come back to this post & write that you have applied for the club & your stars id.
that's it- when i check that all the records match (stars id & brm profile name) - you will be in. sorry for this procedure, but i'm sure it's for the good of everyone in the end.

thanks buddy I've just looked at the cash prizes and 10% of $11 isn't going to be a very good donation so I've decided to give a min of $8 if i cash then 10% if its more than $8. It's BRM's money so why shouldn't it go back to BRM'ers? I so hope i cash. Good luck all

Hi Pochui,
I was one of those who got the boot from the club. I have just re-registered, but I put my real name, "lee" in the "Your Name" line instead of my BRM profile name. Hopefully, you will sort it out.

well spotted, i'm not a big expert on that so checked wikipedia, here's the short reason for that:
Wikipedia: Since the 16th century, there have been differences in the calculation of Easter between the Western and Eastern Churches...
so there are actually two dates for Easter: March 31 & May 5...for sure i will put those dates in the poll, alongside a few others...still we will all decide when is the best time for the tourney.

dunno, technically it doesn't make any difference imo- say the buy-in is $0.10- if you want to donate $1 to the tourney...i would be just giving you back the part of your donation...useless transaction imo...you could just transfer $0.90 instead of $1 and it would be the same...but i'm not against the idea...just would like to hear your opinion on what i said in this post...

G'day mate
I hope everyone has as much fun in this one as they did in the Xmas home game. I am not going to make you any promises yet, but I hope to once again be a sponsor. I just got to wait to make sure certain people keep their word to me as it will greatly effect my bankroll. I do not want to promise something and then not deliver. I hope toy understand.
