been playing in betfair for quite a while now because i build a small br which i can play some micro games.I play NL hold em and PL omaha almost every night...been inluded in leadersboard and win some addtional dollars...a month ago, a new betfair soft was launch..I want to play with the new soft but unluckily my county has restriction so i continued playing on there classic which almost all promotions is gone....well unlucky me.... ..last night i want to start a session but when i cannot log in my account..error says that i attempted too many times and i have to contact there hotline....hahaha..unlucky me again....maybe i have to move on and look for another poker soft....have a little amount remain in my account but i think my journey in betfair ends here...hahaha....

Well if the amount is anything you would like to have back then I suggest you to contact their support.. I'm pretty sure they will sort it out if you have not violated any rules or anything..

Try to get in touch with them to see what is going on, and solve the problem as soon as possible. Since you were able to log in till recently its probably some technical error. Try to update windows if you havent done recently. Some times it helps.

Dont let them get you down. Cobntact support as suggested above...they will help out. In my experience Betfair staff are pretty good.......less to say about their new site which is an Ipoker site and not the same as the feel Betfair had previously.

never thought such a problem could occur.Definitely you should try to take your money back And also you should get an explanation why you can not log in. Good luck!
