say i got kk or qq and the other player has A ? . why do the just keep calling my raise hoping to hit a ace and then they do hit it should i raise more. thets say its 1c 2c no limit if i 3x raise they call or if they min call then i 3x raise they call. so should i raise more. i will save my hand histories from now

Surely if you have KK you want a call or are you satisfied with just taking the blinds with your monster hands? What you don't want is for them to hit.

If they keep calling when they don't have the right odds, they will lose money in the long run ...
That obviously means you will win money in the long run...

just make it 15c preflop when first in and don't be afraid you wont get callers. NL2 people dont look at betsizes, and even $2 is s**t in real world. You'll get callers, and its easier to stick it in postflop then.
But from small grows big.. Smile

NL2 is wild, frankly with such hands i would raise more than 3x, but not something too big, i think 10 or 12 cents would be perfect!

And do not worry about people not calling it, you'll always find players to call on these limits Smile

PAtience and perseverence is what is required. Use your strong (but not invincible hand) to keep sucking money away from the idiots who keep calling with Ax and take their cash....be prepared to sometimes get busted by the A coming somewhere on the board.

There's players out there that chase to the end no matter what you bet sometimes when they have an Ace. This especially goes in the low buyins and when there's a rebuy available or in the Freerolls just because they have nothing to lose. At least that's my take on it!

i usually never raise more/less then pot in cash games unless im semibluffin or value betting, then its always halfpot, but in those types of situations where they wont fold an ace id value bet the pot every street and maybe just a 2/3rd pot value bet on the river if they dont hit it, beware not valuetowning yourself if they hit a miracle 2 pair or trips Blink
