Hey Gents...
Can somebody please explain this PokerStars Chrome Star status thing to me. I see I can now play in these $100,000 Priviledge Freerolls,...but I have NO idea how I got there....
...was it how much I spent to enter tourneys,....was it tournament leaderboard points either weekly or monthly ...anybody know?

its actually just 100vpp for chrome i got it the other day myself, and if u want to purchase the tickets for 100k freeroll you have to go in your casher and open the store from there and look under online tournaments i believe

You earned 100 Vpp's/Fpp's to reach chrome status. Congratulations! Now you can open up your cashiers tab (BIG read button bottom right of lobby screen) The 3rd green tab up from the bottom right should say "VIP Store" click the store tab and you will see on the left hand side the 5th little + down should say "Online tournaments" click that to see the 1st thing on the list should be the "100K Priviledge freerool entry" with a 0 Fpp cost. Buy it it will cost you nothing. Note: You MUST buy this every damn day.
Ok then close the store tab you should be back in the main lobby screen again.
Along the top in the white bar the 5th tab should say "request" click it. Then look for where it says "tournament tickets" you should be able to figure it out from here if not just ask me and I will walk you through it the rest of the way too.

im from windsor ontario and wait until you play the late night ones when its boom hour in russia, bingo queen galore i got lucky though and managed to come in like 450th out of like 25k people last night, i eventually fell asleep woke up shoved all in and lost hehe still had like 25-30bb when i did it to i just wanted to go back to sleep

It probably has to do both with the points you got, the money you spent /the rake you generated on a certain period of time, all together. About those freerolls, you may be able to look at those tickets by going on the top menu of the program and search for it at request/tourney tickets.

You will also get a ticket for these 100k freerolls by depositing $10 to your account with the promo code "100K". This ticket will then last for 30 days and you can play as much of these during this period.

Windsor eh Jibb? Spent a lot of time visiting there in the later '70s. A buddy of mine moved down there to work in an auto plant. He lived in Cottam. We have a buddy who lives over in Detroit (Warren) who we'd visit occassionally. Dangerous place that Detroit was,....probably a lot worse now...
I was offered a ticket to see Led Zepellin in the Siverdome and turned it down thinking I'd see them again sometime more convenient.... THAT was one of the most dumbest things I ever did,.... never got the chance again....

I know how you feel i once missed out on a chance to see Ozzy Osbourne in Moncton for free but was not able to attend because of personal issues. I have always regretted not going to that concert.

...little story about my one and only visit to Moncton.... It was the summer of '77 and I was hitchhiking back to Ontario from Nova Scotia. I got a ride from Halifax to Moncton. It was about 11:00pm when we got there, so I decided to find a place to crash for the night.... I was walking along this road going out of Moncton back to the Trans Canada and came across a beat up house that was leaning to one side and looked to be abandoned. I went in to look around. Walked into the kitchen,...and to my surprise the place looked lived in.... So I figured I better get the heck outta there quick...
In the driveway off to one side was this old derelict station wagon,...so I figured I'd crash in there... It was off to one side,...and out of the way where someone wouldn't notice me sleeping in the back in the dark. So I got in and rolled out my sleeping bag and started falling asleep... About 5 minutes later a car pulled in the driveway and out got some guy and went into the house...
I was thinking,..."Man, That was close,...and the guy never even noticed me....".. So,...I fell asleep and got up pretty early the next morning and left REALLY QUICK....lol...
Then I got even LUCKIER when the first car to give me ride was a guy going straight to Toronto.... which is about 120 miles south of where I lived back then...
I was surprised that you could go from Moncton to Toronto in only one day's drive... Got to Toronto about 9:00pm that night...
