Patrick Partouche's gaming company is facing an investigation from French regulator ARJEL because of family favours. According to an article by Mediapart, a total of 40 accounts at Partouche.fr are linked to players with relatives working at the company. It appears that Partouche board members, such as Katy Zenou, have flouted ARJEL's rules by transferring money to family members. In total, Zenou has allegedly transferred more than €63,000 to Yhan Zenou over a two year period. This latest incident is another black mark for a company which has suffered an alleged cheating scandal and a €5 million prizepool fiasco at previous Partouche events.

It makes you wonder how much of this goes on in other companies. I mean at a low scale level to where it would be hard to track information that is worth large sums of money or laudering. I mean if this is going on there I'd think there's others out there doing the same thing, but no exposure.

G'day mates
Well i hope the fry the bastard. These types of scumbags just tick me off. It was bad enough when the fulltilt mess happened and just gave all the poker is rigged morons something to point at a say see I told you so, now these bastards come along.
This is the video of the cheating during the Partouche poker tour. So obvious...
@Green there is a great chance that some other poker site is also part of a scandal. But I don't think that poker sites like Pokerstars, Full tilt (now) can afford their name being risked and whole their reputation. They make already big as well.

G'day mate
I think if people can cheat on a site to make alot of money they will be tempted to do it. The more money involved the greater the temptation to cheat. I hate people who cheat as they lower the chances for honest players to do well.
