Hello...
Do you have your own strategy to fight with the downswing?
Recently, I've won almost 10 games in a row (SnG), then lose over 10 games in a row... I don't know, what I did wrong or something... But what I've noticed, that I can't manage with downswing and its result - tilt...

i have this strategy, dunno how about u, but works fine for me: when i'm running hot- i just ply as usual & am super proud of myself (at that moment i start to think that i will definitely win my first million this year)- when i'm on a downswing, i lose my whole bankroll- politely encourage players at the table to fcuk off, and leave the table in tears...

No, I don't change my game... but I guess, what happened... 10 WIN then 10 LOSE...

Curse the fish who beat you in your mother language - check Stand up and shout at the people next to you -check Continue playing, but now AGRESSIVE PLAY -check Lose more money -check Blaim it on the fish -check Curse the fish in your mother language -check Stand up and shout ...

Viscous circle
Sure nice thing to try....
but just use the power switch of your PC and stop playing and restart another day
Just take a break ... is the only thing to do when you face a downswing

I just want to say that I have personally been on a downswing and I have had to really take a step back and catch my breath. I even had to take a couple of small breaks in order to fight tilt. I know when I start to feel angry about a donk nailing me I need to take a break. I do recommend taking heads to clear ones head.
