Decided to have a spin on the auto roulette on 888 laid down total of $30 all over the board the number dropped into 23 quick look had 50c on number $1 17/20 split so should be $36 back
NO they didnt pay me a dime as if it was a losing number and i was losing my mind. I always look straight away at the numbers to make sure winners or losers and i am $1000000000 perccent certain it was a winner. Anyways i know they will have a record of every transaction in their database but eventually when someone rings back they will be paying me more than $36 as i want extra for the inconveniece caused.
Not only have i rang them 3 times each time it went straight onto hold THEN after 15 mins cut me off HOW FUCKING IGNORANT

I have played there for many years Wayniac, and one thing 888 has a bad reputation over is their support. Having tried email, live chat and phone support, going by email was the slowest but got the best results. As far as the transaction, in the casino section of 888 you can view your game history. If you have trouble retrieving it let me know and I will point you to the right place.

didnt u look at the last spin of the wheel, I dont play roulette but on most other things I do play there is a last hand cards ect playback is there not one just check if not why, you should always be able to see the last hand and also check in your history it should be there. and yes I have been sure I won but on play back see that I havent.

auto roulette sums it all up your a 'suicidal kamikaze ass clown' never the less 888 is w a n k if u have a query u wait 72 hours for a response then when u chase it up wait 72 hrs from then so on and so on this industry needs cleaning to protect consumers, false promises fake help and blatent lies are not what you expect from sum1 that handles your cash, if ur eyes hurt fkoff

happend to me once too at 888 but they repaid money one month later . Just make picture of that one and then write to support . And just hope they will repay you in one moth period .

It seems incredibly unlikely that this happened. If they were going to steal your money, why wouldn't they program it to just land on a number that you hadn't selected? Landing on a number you choose and then not paying you seems like an incredibly stupid way of stealing someone's money, since it is incredibly blatant.

my bet is you had a small disconnect then reconnect to internet without even noticing, it has happened to me before. it can happen without your net going proper down.
then, it still finished rolling and showed you as winning, when infact you weren't connected to 888 server (even though it says you are)
