Promotion was: "The festive season may have come to an end, but it’s not quite over yet at UnibetPoker! Between the 15th of January and the 15th of February, they will give you the opportunity to win yourself a splendid Tag Heuer Aquaracer watch worth more than €1000 or one of the many €20+€2 tournament tickets."
I won watch on this scratch card, even made screenshot of this, I received their mail in which they inform me that I won. Just must wait to promotins end and then price will be send. And after that when I asked what are you waiting for, they simply answer: "You did not get anything" and case closed.

here why this happened:
1) they didn't like your photoshop'ed screenshot 2) you sent the mail to the wrong guys: never send e-mail's to [email protected] 3) they didn't have enough money to send the prize all the way to Croatia, so they pulled one over you. but hey don't be sad- if this is the case i'm sure they will offer a compensation to you: $0.10 sng ticket is on the way

Quite absurd. You were clearly a winner of 1 of the 10 watches. Is it legal for them to act this way, it's a tough question. Because one of the terms and conditions (t&c) of a bonus is that they reserve the right to amend the t&c or withdraw their promotion at any given time. Did you send them a mail why they think you are not a winner, whilst uploading the screenshots? Either way, it's good u reported it

You should try and get in touch with them again. From the screenshots it shows you have clearly won (and i doubt its a photoshop ) Just forward them the winning email along with the screenshots if you still havent done so and wait for a reply.

Last answer: "Unfortunately, as informed previously, after our Poker team have had an extensive investigation on your case, it has been concluded that the reference number you have provided is false. There were 10 players that have won a Tag Hauer watch as part of this competition, unfortunately you were not one of them. Please note that there is nothing additional that we can do with relation to this case."
Same thing again but never to explain why I got e-mail and why i got winning scratchcard. Like I send myself mail from Unibet

Feel really sorry for you, but it seems that Unibet fooled you with this. I don´t have experience with Unibet so can´t say anything about them. But if I were you I would write them that you will write this story on every poker forum you know.

What??? Are you sure you got the watch or did you got a ticket to play for the watch? If they informed you that you won and you still have that mail from them, you shouldn’t stop going after what is yours, they can’t just change the rules in the middle of the game. You have that proof, use it, send them a copy of that email. Or is there something in that story that you aren’t telling us? How can they send you an email telling “you won” and, after that, send a second one saying "You did not get anything"?

I figure most of these poker sites are flim-flam fly-by-night crap just trying anything to get a piece of the poker pie....
That's why I just stick to Pokerstars,....at least you know it's a fairly solid company. It's got it's flaws,...like no way to prevent duplicate accounts,...but overall it lives up to a high standard...
