Hello,
I'm trying to work out if it's normal to wait over 5 days for a cashout from Bankrollmob. I made the request on March 3 and until now I haven't received any kind of confirmation or that it's being handled.
I have made another cashout request a few months ago and I remember it only took a couple of days. I already sent a message through Bankrollmob e-mail system yesterday, but haven't received any reply.
I also have tried the Live Support, but every time I check it's offline.
If you read the information rovided when you cash ut, Bankrollmob clearly states that cash outs to Moneybookers and Neteller are processed once a week. If you requested a cashout just after the management has processed the preceding weeks requests you will end up waiting about a week.

The moment I seen this post thread I laughed out load. You did not mention it but please tell me this is a cash out to Party Poker. Dude if it is then it will really make my day. You have no idea how many time we see this thread started up by someone trying to get a cash out to Party Poker. I just shack my head and laugh at them all now

Sorry to disappoint you Ronin, but it's a cashout to Moneybookers, although I'm glad I don't play on PartyPoker. Maybe the waiting time is normal and last time I got lucky it only took a couple of days. I have to wait 'til Monday to see some news, apparently.
The Live Support could be online sometimes, it would really help in these situations...

I know from experience that cashouts are usually made on friday to skrill so make sure to check several times your account today and you may have a surprise
Anyways you don't need to worry the money will come eventually, so spend them wisely

Hello Ronin, Is the cash out to party poker impossible?because i just made a cash out to party poker because i dont have moneybookers and netteller?does it a longer time or the cash out dont push through?waiting for your response...thanks in advance

Am I reading this right,....if you cash out from BankrollMob,...you can just send the actual money to yourself to be transferred home so you can buy beer...?
I was thinking it was only creditable to pokersites for play...

@demodawggy - Indeed, if you cashout to netteller or moneybookers, you can withdraw the money to your bank account... and spend it all on beer, although I don't recommend it

Dont worry, it might take a while but you will get your cash out. It depends on the workload they have. Also you should know that the Live Support isnt available for a long time now. Your contacts should be made either with posts or email.

Haha i was also thinking about that...I have neteller and i can do anything with this card. I'm very pleased with it. I just need to get 5000 mob points, haven't come there yet. Then i'll buy beer
