just 2 make every1 aware its not a 10 doller no deposit bonus its a 5 doller bonus as ive read many people havent recieved there final 5 doller ive done everything by the terms and conditions and recieved 2 $2 ring tickets and 2 $0.50 sit n go tickets and have not recieved the other 2 and i spent them the same day on ecieving them can brm help solve this?

Perhaps they are available at the bonus part (you have to go to the cahier and click on one of those side buttons to find it), and you have to make points playing in order to release it.

G'day mate
I was just wondering if you might need to go into the vip store and purchase the cleared bonus tickets for 1 fpp. I know I had to take this step a few times in the past when i had clear a few bonuses. It is a pain in the a$$ extra step and most people do not realize it must be done. You would think that the support people would get tired of telling people the same old crap all the time and get the site promo people to clarify things better but it never does seem to happen. Just a possible idea. I hope it helps.

that's strange... I got everything. 2& ring table ticket 4 times and 0.50 sit and go ticket. I have used em all till now. Every ticket i got was used in next 3-4 hours. Then the next day got another. You have to be sure to use every ticket you got each day.
