hello i had identic problem... when i dicided to contact suport help... they said that the telephone number upon registration must be numeric only not + sighn... that may help you...

Check your acc details...phone numbers, address, name, last name,... It all has to be perfect and correct. But probably the best thing to do is to contact the support. They will know what to do for sure Just to notice. In my opinion this is the worst site i've ever played on. It's online and you don't use any software so it's laggy and pretty much very empty all the time, no traffic there (yet?)

You'll play forever I've never cashed out the bonus without depositing something. Very hard to do, unless you're really having luck or good beats. Anyway, bonuses are cool

Anyone play there? i lost my BR in 4 Bad beats... AK vs A6 QQ vs 88 AJ vs A3 and KK vs AQ (he flopped set of Q) a lot of lag and a lot of chinese there... never play there again, don't waste your time there. GL all
have to agree the software needs improvement...one can only hope this is a beta version and sometime soon they'll come up with a downloadable version. One item that almost got me was the tourney lobby...once the tourney disappears from the main lobby it's impossible to get the tourney lobby to show. Solved this problem by clicking on the tourney and then the "show lobby" tab in the main lobby. Took some figuring....but we got it.
------------ correction...it's the "view details" tab in the main lobby.

I really don't like this site. I think I'm going to withdraw what I made so far and never use it again, UNLESS they make some improvments. Does anybody know when can I withdraw?

Just blown it all in 2 hands lol... amazing the kind of re-raises the donk is able to call when holding Q8 ... and then he hits 88 on flop ah!
I think i just dont have the spirit anymore to play in these smaller rooms. Hard to find competition and when you do its always a jackass ( with real ears) not a person on the other side.
Thanks anyway brm for the opportunity but unfortunately ( or fortunately depending from where u look at it) i won't be playing there anymore.

I'v only had the time to play a couple of freerolls while my NDB cleared but the players I have faces have been very passive. Result, two freeolls two firsts. Currently, up $0.90. NDB hascleared but going to have to wait until after the weekend to play again.
