Hi guys, so I decided to claim the pokerace no deposit offer witch is great free money yeah, Ok so last night I got an email saying I got the free 10 in my account, so I decided to play a cash game with my hole 10, doubled up to 20 in one hand then won another 7 and change a few hands later, LOL I sent the two people on the table to the rail, so I decide to check my account to my horror it saying I only got 12.85....Iv tried to contact support but cant seem to get a hold of them, I am not happy with poker ace and will never support them after this crap!
won two tickets there and some at a cash table....had to log out and in again to get the results to show in the cashier. One of the tickets didn't show until the next day. It's definitely a different poker platform....takes some gettin used to....we're gettin there.
3-4 yrs ago played at Bugsy's, and Bull Dog they both closed within 6-8 months. They were online platforms and small as well...don't have great expectations here either unless they upgrade to a downloadable version...who knows.

Dear: bank roll mob Admin, Hi can you please contact pokerace , I took your $10 no deposit bankroll, I playd a cash game and won over $27 yesterday night, I checked my cashier after playing and I only had $12.85, I tried to contact there support but i was unsuccessful, and now today I checked my cashier but still wrong amount, so I would like you to contact there support on my behalf since I cant seem to get through on my end. Don't worry. If you really played a cash game and won they will or refund your account back if the money will be missing or the technical issue will resolve itself. I don't think they do this on purpose, it's probably a defect on the program. It's not a problem to see the cash games u played and how much you earned, especially if the cash games have "replay" buttons. Even with no such buttons support can check that out for you. You only need to wait for the outcome and be patient (golden rule in poker).

Its not a download version? Thats why probably all these problems. As rbdflyboy said i played for a couple of days in bulldog and couldnt stand it at all. No wonder they didnt last more.

Probably all quite true, I would still stay the hell away from it though.. If their software is that awful, then it's not a good idea to play on it.
