full tilt poker; everytime i go all in i lose. explain?  0
I have opened an account with full tilt poker and I need to know what is going on as I'm in total disbelief. I've bouncing emails from them with regards to this account and my hand hsitroy but my head is banging against a wall as they dont care what im saying.

Everytime i go all in i get beat. its a complete joke.

First session
1) kk vs 1010 - lost; flop Q 4 7 turn 8. player goes all in and i call. river is a 10.
2) AA vs 109 - lost; flop Q 4 10 3. player goes al in and i call. river is a 9

Second session
3) AQ vs 98 - lost; flop 6 A 5 Q. he bets i re-raise he calls and the river is a 7.
4) JJ vs 33 - lost; player shoves in on small blind. me bb. he hits a 3 on the river.
5) QQ vs JQ - lost; all in I call. flop is J J J. WTF?????

Third session
6) 66 vs 25 - lost. cheap pot flop 6 4 q turn is a 9. he goes all in i call and its a 3. (walks away...)
7) kk vs 49 - lost, i raise he calls flop 3 7 9 i check he bets call. turn is a 2 he goes all in i call river 4.

Fourth session
8) AA vs q10 - lost, player goes all in i call. flop Q 3 5 6 10
9) aj vs qj - split pot all in i call flop 2 4 5 2 4
10) kk vs a4s - lost flop Q 4 5 (one club) he goes all in i call. turn club river club. ffs seriously?

it doesnt matter what i do when i play. i end sessions come back a different day play a different tournament. the same happens 4 days out of 4.

why is this happening to my account?

It is called variance. It is a bummer but it happens to everyone.

That's poker.

As long as you have the funds keep on going ....

Each time you were favorite so ion the long way this means your allins should be profitable.

Wish you the best... and if you think it s fulltilt, try another room , there s choice enough

oh i know that. ive been playing on ipoker for ages and doing very well but wanted to try another room but its been extremely frustating.

the long run you say that is true but out of 4 sessions im down.

It's all 100% chance what cards go where and when..... You've started off getting hammered,...but if you keep playing the way you do,....it'll all come to you,.... although, shoving so much is always risky,....and you should never 'Expect' to win because you've got AA or KK...

did you read the hands and see the flops would you fold???

It can happen, don't worry about it...

The only thing i could advice you would be to not go to all in that easily but from what i saw you played the hands pretty good. Better luck next time!

It's just the breaks of the game. The other day I couldn't lose an SnG and yes, I did play only my good hands. Yesterday and today I'm getting beat by 5,3 of clubs versus A,J of clubs, 6,66 beats my 9's by hitting 3 - 6's and my AA getting beat out by j,2. a hand I would have folded.

So, just saying play the way you play and one thing though, I do not go allin unless I already see I've got the nuts. In most cases. Good Luck and it will change.

g'day mate

Well if you have noticed that is happening to you then it is a simple answer.
Stop going all in preflop, wait until you at least see a flop and if possible wait till you know you got the nuts.
Best of luck to you.

Sounds very unlucky, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that this is actually what happened and not false memory, I assume from the amount of details that you have the saved hand history. You don't say how long these sessions were but you imply you do win hands, just that you lost the ten hands where you went all-in, what about hands where shorter players were all-in?

I don't see why you think fulltilt are at fault or how on earth they can refund you. For one thing, why and how would they design software that flips a switch on your cards if you go all-in? Why do they punish you when you're all-in, when actually they probably benefit (increase rake) from players going all-in. If it's a fault, why would it only affect you?

In reality, millions of people play online poker and that leads to a huge sample, much bigger than the ten hands you give. It's not only possible for one person to lose ten big hands in a row, it's actually quite likely given the number of opportunities for this to happen. You notice a pattern and pick out ten hands but what if you'd lost every hand in a session where you had an ace, or if you lost every hand with clubs, would you see a different software malfunction? Yes it's unlucky and extremely unfair that you lost these hands but as a logical person, surely you can understand how it happens.

Cliff notes: OP lost a few hands, with hands he thinks are unbeatable. Cries about it in forum, and gets flamed relentlessly.

No man, poker isn't rigged. Sites don't care who wins or loses. All they care about is rake, which they get plenty of without having to rig it in anyones favor.

Either you suck at poker, have selective memory, or just hit a massive downswing/cooler. Pick one and let's move on.

All In Play = RISK.

Your bet is only as good as the cards you hold at that time. Surte you were favourite pre flop and thought (somewhat foolishly some might say) I will rsik my tourney or bankroll on one hand. Your status as favourite ill diminish (more than probably) with the first card on the flop....... so......all in pre flop is a real coin toss. Sure you are favourite, but remember, even if you are 7 to 1 favourite, that means there is still a one in seven chance that you will lose!

You need to assess the table, your relevant opponent and determine whether you are happy to put your tourney life on the line at that time of the game!

Another bad beat rigged site thread?

If it helps.. i can assure you everyone in this forum who has played a considerable amount of hands has gone thro what you have described.
That comes with the game there is not 100% unbeatable hand pre flop and bare that in mind. I'm not saying this because i believe you are wrong in saying you were unlucky in those hands.. you were favorite to win them pre flop and you lost.. so that's a bummer. But if you are not ready to accept that then you are not fit to play the game.

Btw.. the bad beats make alot more sense if you consider the amount of hands you've played in total .. if those 10 hands represent 50% of your sample then i'll lend you my shoulder for you to cry on.
