It's funny, I do take a break sometimes, but it is never a form of discipline, it's generally just I'm too frustrated to play. I wish I had the discipline to take a break when I started tilting, but the reality is my break usually comes long after I've already tilted away a substantial portion of my bankroll.

Darn it! My break didn't last very long. The pokerstars app on my i-pod started winking at me and I couldn't resist
Just played an hour on $5 zoom. Lost my 1st buy in pretty quick but then slowly started grinding it back up. Eventually got my 1st buy in back and then won another one I think I was playing a bit better than I was a couple days ago. Was alot more patient and it payed off.
Dunno if I'm totally back yet tho might give it a bit more time.

Passinf some quality time in family, now that seems to rock in what regards to be far from the game for a while. And it won’t matter if it’s a week or only a day, the time spend in other activity will for ruse release the pressure felt for the downswing and will help reestablish the mental health for the new games.
