in the end its just a pocket pair if there is no raise and your in late positions try to raise a bit to get fishes out straight but if under the gun or middle i wouldve called not raised qause as i said all u have is one pair if the flop show Q 4 K u coud easily lose to kk or aa if river hits a depending on the colors u have a flush against you or k4 q4 if 4 or k hits again

Indead ... I never go allin preflop with pocket QQ or JJ
It s a high pair but that s all ...
calculate your chaces when you have QQ vs AK --> +/- flip coin
Personnally I only go allin preflop when I am shortstacked
