can somebody explain to me how the bonuses work
if i put 100$ in and get a free 100$ back - can i withdraw my initial 100$ as its my cash?
and if i won say 400$ off the free bonus money, do i have play through the 500 (4+1) x amount of times to withdraw or just play out the $100 x times for example

Not really. In almost every site if not all you can withdraw your deposit, whenever you like, but you lose the bonus. In some sites the bonus even stays active even if you cash out your deposit, so you can try and clear if with freeroll winnings for example.

what site is it - ive got somebody who will stake a big initial cash deposit, on the guarantee that he can get it back then take a cut of the winnings from the bonus money
