I am a huge advocate of BRM but it's really hard to practice BRM when you've only got $10 to work with. Sure you could play shortstacked to increase your number of "buyins" but playing shortstacked IMHO isn't worth it. You lose far too much equity by not playing with a full stack. As well, playing with a short stack pretty much makes post flop play awkward.

Reallu unlucky, but if you think right, he was starting the game with a hand better than yours, so in teorical conclusion, he deserved to win from the begining. Don't be mad, don+t be sad, this happened on your first experiecen with the room, but i an sure there will also be lots of happy moments!!!

He's obviously misread the board. KK vs AJsuited preflop is 66%-33% on the flop it was 95-5% Turn was 98-2% Pretty sick beat. Unlucky mate

How was the hand played, i mean in which moment did you go all in?
If you were all in before river then you played the hand correctly, if you saw the river and then all in that could be a mistake, i mean on the river it was clear that he had quads.

Well Soundlis, sometimes you can do something about it, and sometimes you can't do anything about it. As long as you had a good time and as long as you learned anythingfrom your play, it's ok. You will see a lot more unlucky rivers so be prepared mentally

DAAAAMN what a bad beat hope you pass and play same, that soft can't give you 100% bad beats, so continue play like that and try to forget that bad beat... if you know when to stop, you're a good player, all the best

G'day mate
Welcome to my neighborhood mate. I guess you did not read my thread about NOT making the same mistake I did. Guess trying to warn my fellow mobsters about proper bankroll management through my own example has not reached everyone yet.

Gross river btw, 1 outtered ftl.
Completely agree with you. Personally I feel that way about all micro-stakes bankrolls, I think it's more important to just focus on trying to build a larger roll, aggressively, then trying to play by some absurd BRM.. BRM is important later on, once your roll represents a substantial financial portion of your actual "life-roll". When it's just $10-$50 there, it really isn't the end of the world to lose it, much better off not stressing about brm and just have some fun, play what ever games you like to play and essentially just reload (deposit) until you hit it big and then once you have a roll that you consider 'large' then implement a well-disciplined bankroll management strategy.

Hi Soundlis,
It is your first day. Don't worry. You will have better days. When I hold KK always i am worried, because I think somehow little bit negative. I mean, I think now who has the better hand. I am always suspicious of my opponents.
Because you never know, what will be the surprise of the river card. But I had a lot of situations when I hold AA pre-flop and get beaten at the end with the river. Read Poker Strategies which can help you.
