Hi all

I am in a big game on Lock but something has gone wrong and I can't see any cards.


Can't get hold of live support.

Any ideas?

If its more than you, i doubt you can do something about it.
If its only you try reopening the software or restarting your computer.

not long started, one guy is up to 10k chips, just going all in blind each time


no-one can see anything

I have waited all week for this game, its a big one on my calendar and im gutted :/

Update:

I contacted livesupport, it eventually started working, and they asked for screenshot. the guy was apologetic but couldn't do much. I sent screenshot.

Then he offers me $11 in my account to play, which he added.

Then game started working fine. Bonus Big Smile

This is a site I have never deposited in, now I have a withdrawable BR Big Smile

Two FR on party fooked though, one is paused and didn't open.

second one, AA, flop J63, all in (after substantial PF raise). Caller shows KJ. Turn J, river K. Bye bye me Tongue

So it seems it worked just fine after all for you.
You got out of the tournament ( which you still had chances of winning something)
but now you have 11$ to play with.
Is it sure cashable? no playthrough restrictions?

I bust on the game, standard way, but yes $11 to play with, no strings attached.

game was a FR into the $109 buyin $100k game. top 50 win a seat, 2k started. I went out in about 250th in the end

I am happy with the $11 in a weird kind of way

Obviously there is nothing you can do about it, the problem is with their servers...

Now the only problems is that they get too many complaints it's possibly to play the tournament again lol

I suspect one of two things..... It's either:

1) Acute alcohol poisoning...

2) Excessive masturbation...

One or the other, or a combination of BOTH will cause blindness....
