By the way it is very important when you play at the poker sites, when registering to fullfil your correct personal details like your name, birthday and so on. Because if you fullfil incorrect personal details, the poker sites will NOT pay you the winnings. Just think, if you win a very big tournament and you would like to withdraw it, the security department of every poker site will NOT pay you the prize, because of wrong personal details. For example if your name or birthday is wrong at PokerStars, you have a huge problem.
Before withdrawing the security departments of the poker sites are sending you an email which you have to send the copy of your ID, proof of address (mobile bill etc.), and if the registered poker site name is NOT the same as your ID, or if the registered address is NOT the same of the document you send them (Proof of Address), or if your birthday is incorrect, they have the right to close your account and not to pay you anything.
I am telling you this, just for your info, because I have worked like Customer Support Agent at some poker sites, and i know it for sure.
My advice is: Make a voluntary Account Verification, at every poker site which you are playing and wait for their confirmation approval. And you will not have any withdrawing problems.
