hi all new to the site think its great but i got 10 usd to play wit on gala poker got it up to 25 so far but can only play min stake tourneys and cash tables it said im restricted on poker site is this the normal thing or do i i have to earn to play higher stakes and sidegames ie. roulette slots any info welcome thanks

I haven't used the bonus, but I am experienced with bonuses. Once you clear it just to mention, I would advise sticking to Poker. You generally have to make a deposit before unlocking the other stakes. Sometimes you have to accumulate an extreme amount of points to clear it as well. So it is either one of the two but you typically have to make a deposit some time through your playing time just to withdrawal funds.

If you are talking about cash out, the system is like this:
At every poker site the terms and conditions about withdraws are the same. You have to make at least one minimum deposit of $10 and you can withdraw. For example, if you make only one deposit of $10, but if you win a big tournament and you can withdraw it. This deposit is valid for six months.
That means if you want to withdraw but you made your first or last deposit 10 months ago, you can't withdraw, because have passed more that six months.
So, my advice is (if you don't want to deposit): When you win something big, deposit just once at least $10, wait 48 hours, make your account verification through sending your documents via email to the Support, wait for their approval and then you can withdraw.

Yes, I understand you. But every six months, you have to deposit at least once $10. If you don't deposit, you can't withdraw your funds. I am talking that, only in case if you win for example $300 and you want to withdraw it, and if you still didn't deposited, before withdrawing you have to make one deposit of $10.
It is just simple. Because otherwise your money will stay in your account. And you can only play with it, without cashing out.

You may lose the bankroll if you play other games than poker. Now about the limit restrictions that comes with the bankroll, in some sites can be lifted after the minimum deposit. Contact the room you are playing and ask if that will do the trick.

You will find that every poker site works a little differently. However almost all of them require you to make at least 1 small deposit before you can make a withdrawal. Some sites require as little as $10 but some want at least $25. You might also need to make regular deposits in order to stay valid and be able to withdrawal funds. This only affects positive winning players but then it is oftan worthwhile to make deposits in order to clear bonuses and earn extra free money Each site is a little different. Also you really do want to stick to playing poker mate since you have no control over any other games.

Be careful if you have a PokerStars account paired with a Full Tilt account and transfer money from PokerStars to Full Tilt before you deposit into PokerStars. I did just that, and it nulifies forever any chance of getting a first time deposit bonus into PokerStars.
Why that is,....I don't know....
But the transfer DID allow me to collect a first time deposit bonus over on Full Tilt!
