Hello vatopkr, wonder why are you affraid? this is a gamble game :-? you know you can win or lose some money, my advice for you: DON'T PLAY YOUR HOUSE AT POKER or any amount which you don't allow... play in BR and you will win a lot of money Big Smile (use max 2% from your BR for a MTT) Hope you let that fear behind Thumbs Up

Poker is a game of strategy and chance. Keep reading and play the games your comfortable in playing. One thing is, lower stakes and rebuy games have the most careless play, but who wants to play higher stakes and lose. Bankroll management is something that's a must unless you don't care about losing.

There's a lot of good reads here on BRM in "Poker Startegies". Also, scroll back through the posts and look for info pertaining to subjects of interest to you that relate to the type of games you enjoy playing.

Myself I like SnG's from $1.10 to $5.50 buyins (9 to 45 players). I usually lay low until the blinds are at least 50/100 and only play your best hands, no chasing and no allins unless you have the nuts.
