I've got a little problem while cashing out with moneybookers, made my cashout, points deducted but the cash wasn't there, seems like it did not went though. solved this with support, got my points back and was advised to wait a bit while they fix this.
Admin, can you please post here if we can use moneybookers again. thanks!

It should work now. If the same error happens as last time, then a warning should be shown to prevent the points being deducted from your account, without the actual cashout being made.

Thanks... Made a cashout using Moneybookers and there was no problems this time. one thing though... my may 10 cashout still hasn't been processed but i can wait.

when sending this email, is it possible to indicate from which day the request was approved? lets say that the cashout was MAY 10, then..
