yeah those blokes look more than suspicious, first all the nonsense with infected software, now support consisting of weed smokers...i can safely say that weener poker is on it's way to conquering the onlie poker world for sure- riverstars beware weener is just around the corner

It won't work for me. I right clicked on,...and the 'Show Picture' thingy is greyed out...
Even left clicking doesn't work.
After my experience with that flim flam website,....and their 'Support' that doesn't follow up....., I'm not surprised at whatever could be chatted about there...
TOTAL crap that WinnerPoker is... I still have a remnant of a 'secondary problem' caused when I tried to get that rubbish out of my computer....
The same here. I´ve actually 100 Euro on the account. But can’t cash out - can´t see anywhere how much point´s I need to earn and when I be able to cash out! I´ve no screenshot about my talk with the support, but it was quite the same. Also Jack and the way he talks. Maybe a program??? Hope I will get my money there. I´ve spend a lot of time for the earnings^^

Sometimes it happens no matter what the poker site is, to bump into a customer representative that either he/she is not understanding what you are saying, or he is ignorant of the issue and turns the subject to another direction. And if this happens in a live chat its acceptable, but with emails is really frustrating and nerve racking

Every time you say 'I can't see the bonus' you make it sound like you can't see it in your account.
What I 'think' you mean is you can't see the points required for the bonus, as you can seethe bonus in your account.
So, not only do you have the language barrier (you are probably talking to someone with English as a second language) but you aren't making yourself clear.

they clearly have english as a second or even third language....but the person from support it`s just unbearable...I hate people like that...I had to deal with someone from Shenzen and if they do not fully understand what you want to say, they just repeat everything
or he is a bot maybe,or a human who thinking like a bot,or a bot who thinking like a weed smoker human.
I´ve no screenshot about my talk with the support, but it was quite the same. Also Jack and the way he talks. Maybe a program???
