Just though i would post a couple of hands i had whilst playing in a local live tourney last night for all those who think it's rigged on-line due to bad rivers
Am in CO unopened with KJh so raise 3.5 BB only caller is BB who is low on chips.
Flop comes down Kd Js 9h so i have 2 pair. BB shoves all in for less than pot (about 1/4 of my stack) so i obviously call.
He shows 45c! Obviously i'm really happy. Turn is 4 and river is 4!! One of the other players then admits to folding the remaining 4!
Runner runner with the last one being the case 4!!!
The hand i went out on wasn't quite so bad....
I had AJo in the HJ so raised 3BB, Button calls and BB calls.
Flop A 10 8
BB checks, i c-bet about 1/2 pot, button folds, BB re-raises. Something he has done regular with air. If i call i don't have enough chips for a decent size bet on turn or river so i shove.
He calls and shows A3o. Happy days, i'm thinking of my nice double up
Not for very long though!
Turn comes 6, but river comes 3!!!!! That's me done and outta there
Just thought i'd share my experience as it just goes to show that any cards really can come from any deck whether live or on-line at any time
All you can do is get your chips in good and what ever happens happens

Yeah it's funny how everyone who says online poker is rigged never talks about live bad beats and they are almost always winning players in live poker. Good luck on your upcoming games

So true.
I play 4 or 5 times a month live and generally run deep and actually reach the cash in 2 or 3 of them so i see a lot of weird and wonderful cards come out!
This means when i play on-line and the miracle river hits i don't let it get to me and can generally laugh about it
