Has anyone managed to cash out from Poker Ace?  0
Just wondering if any one has actually managed as i have been trying for the last hour to do a withdrawal but the page just wont load correctly.

The farthest i have got is, after choosing to use Neteller, on the next page it comes up saying: Withdraw from (i select Poker Ace) but the Withdraw to is set to Poker Ace as well despite me selecting Neteller and it wont change! Aww crap! Aww crap!

I've passed the 100 point mark as stipulated and i am becoming frustrated to say the least!

Already e-mailed support but that could take 3 hours for a reply apparently.

Angry Angry

Surely must be somekinda bug on site, so just wait til tomorrow and try again. No point to get upset, its not like you need money for heartsurgery or something. Small sites have often many problems, just take it easy or play Pokerstars.

Am always calm Big Smile

Just frustrating going around in circles with no error message or anything.

Its not for heart surgery, that's true, but it is for my new black market liver Tongue

Support got back to me and to be fair they were pretty quick.

Apparently there is a 72 hour period from earning any winnings to being able to cash out. Sad

Seems i'll just have to wait a while and try again later in the week. Thumbs Up

Dear Marius,

Please be aware of our FAQ regarding the Fair Play Policy we have in place.
You are allowed to withdraw your winnings if you;
Have generated at least 100 PPP (PokerAce Points)
Have made a Real Cash deposit on PokerAce.
Players who deposit will be allowed to withdraw their initial deposit(s) at any time
Have validated your account by submitting requested documents proving your identity to PokerAce Support (if requested).
You should look under MyBalance to see what amount is available to withdraw, due to the Held Funds functionality.

I received that email as well but there is an issue with the cashier. It won't let me deposit either.

Have posted screen shots, it just keeps coming up with Deposit from: Poker Ace no matter what method i select. That's the same as when i try to withdraw - Withdraw to: Poker Ace Aww crap!

Mailed support again and got following reply....

Just to bump this with my experience with Pokerace ~

Got £25 free from PokerVIP.com as a NDB -> ran this up to £900 in a few days playing all games running (super soft site).

When trying to withdraw it wouldn't let me the criteria was:

Earn at least 100 Bonus Points (I had earned ~700)
Make a real money deposit (I deposited £20)
Only be able to withdraw non held funds (Can only withdraw amounts you won >72 hours ago)
Pending ID Checks

Waited the 72H; withdrew; got ID checked; sent in documents via e-mail and approved and transfer to Moneybookers account was successful.

I advise playing on there if you can handle the awful software and swings of playing vs crazy LAGfish (multiple guys at NL50 who pot every street and jam every river with absolute garbage; had to make some pretty disgusting river calls you couldn't make vs any other type of player. Only issue is lack of games running; I cba to have 1k on a site with like 3 games running above NL5 that break nonstop..if you have a decent enough roll to leave on there and occasionally get in games vs the insane fish its worth it but I'd rather grind fish on eurosites.

Oh.. figured I would add this as well for the lols: http://i.imgur.com/PPV6fGu.png 3rd royal ever! I'd be mad as F if I was holding the AQ here Big Smile

I managed to get it all sorted in the end, their support was really good.

Got to agree with you though that it feels like hard work due to the software and lack of games but it is very easy to increase your roll.

Will probably just use it occasionally when want some easy Dollar Dollar Dollar

so you finally managed to cashed out? Nice for you I wasn't so sure about that site, keep me sceptical but to see you succeed in your withdrawal is good. The fact that this site only count about a maximum of 170 people seemed really strange and unsure as a poker site... Got t admit that it it easy money up there but still if your not sure you can cash out :S

well god for you Smile
