I recieved this e-mail just before. What a load of garbage this is.
Your account was already credited with $10 because you sign up through our affiliates. But based on our requirement you must make a real deposit or earn at least one PPP within 7 days of receiving the free cash bonus.
Please be informed that the $10 credited on your account was removed because you did not meet the requirements we have in receiving a free cash bonus.

I've talked to our promotions guy and he confirms. We were told about this requirement the day before yesterday, and then it was added to the description on our site as well.

Either way their staff were very quick in responding and once I had given some evidence, they were just as quick in sorting it out. Some of the best support ive recieved from a poker site, then again their traffic is never over 500 so I guess they the time..

That is great. Good and fast support is really important. Obviously Stars is well known for good customer service, but other sites can be awful - and sometimes when you're taking a no deposit bonus, or something like that - they can be complete assholes and just treat you like garbage because you're not a high-raker or whatever.
So it's great that they were helpful in restoring a free bonus.
One of the reasons I continue to play on PKR actually is because the customer service there is top notch; they're always really quick and they're always pleasant AND helpful.

Thats great to hear, Ive just started on PRK too . Never had a reason to contact support, hope it stays that way .
Tbh I really don't like pokerstars support, for what they are (Multi million pound company) I really think their support should be way above average. Ive had a fair few probblems there. Although their P***************e staff are fantastic.
Just doubled my roll on PokerAce, so it's off to a good start!

Do they have an affiliate program which you can also take advantage of to? I am still thinking about joining PKR but have been concentrating on PStars. I been giving serious thought to getting my Goldstar back again.

Yeah - my rakeback comes from my VIP level. I am diamond VIP at PKR (which is their highest VIP level). I have my own VIP-Manager who gives me additional bonuses and rakeback.
The extra / tiered RB I get on top of my my regular 35% is from a special VIP rewards scheme, which is only available to the top two vip levels: Platinum and Diamond.
VIP at PKR is a little strange; you can never lose your VIP level, it's based on your life-time rake, not monthly rake as per Stars and most other sites.
To reach Platinum you must rake $10,000. And Diamond is $25,000.

yes I made similar thread before few days, because I also lost my NDB.. so If I understand to it right, they gave you that 10$ b0nus back?? Do you think that I can also get it back if I will contact them?

Yeah I got my bonus back. It depends when you registered for it? If it was more then 7 days ago I suspect not, as that's how long you can have the NDB.
I only got it back down to providing evidence in a screenshot that showed I couldn't have recieved it before the 15th and it hadn't been 7 days after that before they took it.

I really like the sound of the VIP system on PKR, since i play alot one month and not the next. Means on Pstars im back to the start if i have a break .

I have seen another thread lie mentioned with this subject. Kinda lame to have such rules in a bonus, but from the moment its in their TOS nothing can be done about it.
Good that BRM added this to the description of the bankroll and you that you got the bonus back gl with it.

That's sick, after they gave you a free NDB they take it back? when i'll go at restaurant i'll put the money + tip for the waiter and if he will not take in 5 seconds i'll can take back my money???
