Hi, I wrote a couple days ago about an e-mail that ikreceived on my BRM account offering me 10$ ndb on william hill poker. I followed all the steps that was written like clearing cookie ect and have now been waiting for more than 48 hours and still nothing. Seems to me that this was a fake offer and it's really frustrating. I did not even make that reques by myself, it's been offer to me via an e-mail on BRM... and i'ts not working...

You received the email because it's a promotional offer from bankrollmob , you will receive your no deposit bonus if u completed the steps correctly u just have to wait a little , there are no fake bonuses on bankrollmob , I mean wtf are u complayining about it's free money......
I'm not complaining... well not that much. I just want every BRM members to know that it doesn't work. It's not even on my request status. I followed all the steps as indicated... seriously else than clearing cookie there was not really anything much to do. Yep it's free money but with an unique chance to get it so when you request it following all the written steps and it doesn't even occur on the request status... well you missed your chaqnce and won't get another. it sucks

There is not a single fake offer in here. I can guarantee you that. Either you failed to follow steps, which you say you didnt, or there is some other problem. Send an email to BRM support if you are in a hurry and you believe that something went wrong. I have to tell you though that 48hrs is nothing for you to wait to get a bankroll. Some times it takes longer than that and all is needed is patiance.
