Hi I got about 36$ on table and more than 10 in cashier. In a few sec ballance has changed to 22$. I've mailed the support of course and waiting for answer me right now. I made 100PPP few days ago and wanted to withdraw.

That's sick, lose $24 in few seconds? i bet you don't call that 24 with 2 7 anyway to lose $24 in few seconds can make you crash something, are your mouse OK ?
Maybe you have tried to withdraw without meeting the requirements to do so... How much was the no deposit bonus? 25$? This could be the explanation. Most poker and casino rooms will void your bonus (or even your whole account) if you try to withdraw without meeting the requirements. Are you sure making 100 PPP was the only thing you had to do?

Do not waite more money on this sh..ty site.I registerd for non deposit bonus,got the bonus from BRM but PokerAce did not let me sign in for more than a week and my bonus was gone.Wrote to BRM and Jerry told that if I did not use it ,I loose it..End of story
I know what happended... Got mail from support and they explain to me that this table I was playing at was in different currency CNY not USD.... I thought I earn 30$ but it was about 5$...pity

They probably took away your NDB? You only have it for 7 days. They done this to me earlier this week. Either way the site way pretty aweful. At one point all the chips and the cards dissapeared on my screen.

Kt doesnt add up JWRowell. The No deposit bonus is 10$ and he is talking for more than that. Not to mention he was playing at the time, so no way to charge him being inactive
