5000 MOB Points/SKRILL Question 0

Hey guys!

I'm 100 points away from my 5000 Mob Points and I'm trying to make sure my Skrill account is in good working order,...but I'm having a hell of a time logging in.

I can't get into my account,...so I'm trying to contact them.

Here is a phone number on their contact page: +44 203 514 5562

So when I phone that number a recording says it doesn't work. So I added a 1 in front of it,...and it STILL doesn't work!?

so then I tried to email them from their homepage,...but no matter what I do,...I can't because it keeps telling me to log in first,.....but I CAN'T log in........ Confused


ALSO: When I do the 'Retrieve Password' thing,...I get as far as the verification page where it tells me to get some code off my cell phone.... I DON'T HAVE a cell phone... wtf...?

...wtf...? Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong here...

Can somebody post up a valid phone number for Skrill please?


...or tell me how to contact them...

try 0 instead of + if you haven't done that.
Have you tried to email them?

No, a 0 on front doesn't help...

I tried contacting them through their page...doesn't wok...

I don't have an email address for them.

Anybody have their emaill address...?

Dial 011, then the country code 44, and then the rest of the number. In the old days a slight pause after the 011 and then another pause after the country code would help as the systems switched the call over to international and then to the correct country, but I don't think it is needed anymore. Let me know how it works out for you.

Hey THAT worked my friend!

So I got through and asked about what to do... It seems that things are VERY difficult if you don't have a cell phone.

Now they want me to send a 'scan' of my driver's license. No scanner. Never needed one until right now.

Pain in the butt this....

I had to deal with that situation earlier on an other website where they were asking me to send them a scan of my I.D. but like you, I don't have any scanner and never needed one so by talking with their support about that issue, we came to the point that taking a picture of them and sending thejm via e-mail would be as good as a scan... maybe could you work your way with the same trick Blink

So I had to phone back a few times

The first lady who answered had a Philippno accent,

The 2nd an English accent,

The 3rd, a Russian accent

A regular United Nations over there....lol...

Tha 1st lady said a scan or cell phone pic only. No pics from my camera attached...

She was WRONG,...the 3rd lady said a pic is fine...

That was confirmed in the password reset email where it said to attach a scan or a pic by camera....

People don't know their chit and can cause all kinds of problems...

It's like when you phone up to complain to your bank or utility company.... You always have to go one higher to the supervisor instead of the front line dolts to get a satisfactory result...lol... Big Smile

Go to the screen where you can see how many points you have, and then choose the "Use Points" tab. You will need your Skrill (Moneybookers) account name, choose the amount for withdrawal and then send the request to BRM. Takes 2-4 business days to process from what I remember.

No, you can't, you have to withdraw that $50 on MoneyBookers and then you can deposit on Pokerstars from your Moneybookers account, hope you make $ 1000 in 2 days from that $50 Big Smile GL

Please, follow these steps:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First: Click at the right corner of The BankrollMob page: MOB ACCOUNT

Second: Click on Mob Points & Affiliate

Third: Click on Use Points. (Now do you see Cashout MobPoints?)

Fourth: Enter in the field Cashout Points: 5000

Fifth: After entering the amount in the field of 5000, click on the middle button MoneyBookers

Last sixth step: Click on the green button: Request Cashout
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Important: Cashouts to MoneyBookers & NetEller are processed once a week (expect 5-7 working days)

That is all! After that you are waiting! Be patient!
Follow these steps and everything will be ok! Smile

wow .... when i did my first cashout i used neteller i made account there( no verification needed )
when 50 usd arrived to neteller account took 1 second to get it stars account

no mobiles no nothing (done it twice so far)
