well i've just tried to decypher this in the last 5 minutes and it just don't make any sense to me. i think jmrowell is right and there is a few mistakes in there.

G'day mate
Well my first thought is it has to do with the numbers of a telephone. However since each number has 3 letters assigned to it it make you message decryption idea nearly impossible in a limited time frame. The first thing a person would need to do is figure out you cipher code before they can work out your message. Sorry but what you seem to think is a very trivial task is really just a total waste of time which I could be using to grind poker and win more bankroll. I do wish whomever decides to give it a go good luck.

Right well as everyone is having problems il give in !!!!!!!!
each number is a letter off the alphabet, as mr alex pointed out. all you have to do is translate each number to the letter,this would give you the answer.
but for obvious reasons .... as in being too easy, i never broke the numbers up as it would be in a sentence.
as i said it would be either or the numbers. and i hinted that %&*~' could be there for distraction.
and four hours is plenty !!! sorry you failed to understand the game.
