An IDEA for the BankrollMob Freeroll Tourneys On PokerStars  0
There's been lots of ideas about how to modify the BrM tourneys on PS to keep out all the cheating cockroach facebook freeroller bingo queens,....some good,...some not so good...

I would bet that about 95% or 97% of the 498,000+ members noted at the top of the page are NOT active. They've probably come and gone...

I would estimate that there are a few thousand at best active and not all of them play the BrM tourneys....

Maybe what could be done is BrM gets the software or program necessary that is connected to PokerStars that recognizes players who are signed on a list over here so that when they register to play there,...it knows who's registered here...

If you want to play there,...you must be on a list here. It would take a little effort on the part of BrM employees (Fat Tony or whomever) to set up the list, but that would just be a matter of copying and pasting entrants onto it initially. There would likely be several hundred or a thousand or so, but as time goes by that would trickle down to a few new ones per day...

When you click on over there, it will either accept or reject you...

If a non member wants to play...he'll have to sign up here...

Something has got to be done about this BS with those idiots...

9 out of 10 of the tourneys under the 'Private' tab over there have a system that knows you are not a member of their club or site. There's no reason for BrM not to have the same set-up... Confused

People seriously need to stop complaining about freerolls. They're FREE, nothing is going to be done to 'fix' them, because they're FREE.

If you're really sick of them, start playing $Buyin games. But so long as you're playing the freerolls, don't complain about them, take them or leave them for what they are. Honestly - if you don't like them, just don't play them, it really is as simple as that. Rather than playing and complaining, just don't play.

I know I'm not going to be popular with this post. But I don't care, I never do. This topic gets brought up every other day and the response has always been the same: Nothing is going to change, so stop asking.

I've got a good response to that:

People who don't like reading posts about the people 'complaining' about BrM tourneys,...need not read them! If you are sick of reading then don't read them and save yourself a headache and don't reply to them either,...it's just that simple... Blink

I too occassionally see threads here that I don't care for,...I just skip over them, make no comment, and don't complain...

I'm not really sick of reading them, I don't really care, I rarely click them. But they're completely futile, see my join date? Threads like this one have been created multiple times a week, every week, since I've been a member here, they won't change it.

The threads are just pointless. But whatever, carry-on making them.

I think freeroll just training for beginner ! except big prize freeroll, if we play small prize freeroll just wasting time . Anyway, idea to use mobpoints to buy in MTT is good, but so far no respond from BRM.
looks like too hard for them. Admin ? Smile

What makes you be so sure about that? I mean, your statement is like coming from a person who is very sure about what he is saying.
I, personally, if someone will ask me if tomorrow will rain, i can say it will, only if i will make it raining... I can't say sure things about other people activity, witch i don't have any control. This statement makes me very curious.

May i ask you one thing? In your opinion, what's happening there, is it wright? And i'm not talking only about non-members. I'm talking about people who has multiple accounts. People who have multiple chances in the game! Is it right that? If is it, what other things are wrong?

You also say it's free money.. OK. let's say there, where you live, there is a ONG company, Salvation Army, who offers free things to people, food and clothes. And that ONG will be robbed everyday, and no one will do anything about it, coz they will say: "it's free anyway!". That will be OK? People will not start to put question about why no one do anything about it?

Thanks in advance for your answer!

Fair point, but it IS an educated opinion.. I've been a member of this site for 4 years now and I've seen this topic come hope hundreds of times and nothing has ever been done to change it. I've read countless theories as to why that is. It doesn't really matter though. But that is what I am basing my opinion on; the fact that this is an extremely common topic, there's been a thread like this for as long as I can remember and yet, here we are.

Just to be clear, I wasn't previously stating an opinion about whether it was right or wrong.

But, since you asked; no I don't think it is right when people share passwords, or cheat with multiple accounts or in any other way exploit freerolls / online poker.

For that matter - when I see threads here from people sharing passwords to OTHER sites or requesting passwords for other sites, I give them a mouthful, because it isn't right.

However, just because it's not right, that doesn't mean BRM are going to 'fix' it. This kind of problem plagues plenty of other sites and freerolls too. Unfortunately there probably isn't a lot that can be done, that doesn't take too much effort. BRM runs for profit remember, while they're giving away 'free' money, they're not by any means a charity, don't fool yourself.

I'm fairly certain that if they choose not to implement these more involved measures it's because from a business point of view, it's probably not profitable.

That is a ridiculous comparison, as there are other issues involved with that. And more to the point, laws.
