If no one will help you i think you have to deposit with Skrill or other method... why don't you deposit with bank transfer? hope you'll find someone to help you and you'll make $1000 from $10

Yeah I know how youfeel about being controlled on where you can deposit, where you can play or what you can cashout on. It's funny how we can't use our own money the way we chose to, but it's not getting better only worse.

Well you are new to the forums so you have not had time to build up any real positive reputaion. I do think you will be able to find someone who will help you out. Do not be surprised if you need to send the money to them first simply because of trust issues People here in the forums have been burned for money before. Good luck yo you be cool
Can't you find another way to deposit instead of paypal? Cause like Ronin said I don't think that someone is gonna be willing to give out cash to someone new ( know your an older member than me but still you only posted 5 times and it's to ask for money) You might be the most honest person on earth... we don't know

Not just your country mate. paypal is not supported on gaming platforms, period! Even if I would consider helping a total stranger and give u $10 and after you proved to be honest and give them to me on my paypal account (something i doubt and i'll explain why next) i wouldn't be able to use them to play poker myself.
Now the pertinent issue. You should be able to withdraw your paypal money and deposit through a credit card at the very least. the reason i say this is because you can only transfer/use money in paypal if you have a registered credit card, without it your money is stuck ( i have stuck money there so i know what i'm talking about).
So as u see there's something "stinky" in all this. better get your story straight mate.
