Don't beat with your head. Shut the PC, watch some news, go make something that pushes through your knowledge, that makes you think, look for some guess blog and try to solve some difficult enigmas. Refresh the mind and soul and come back again to the tables.

yeah the beast thing to do when going through a bad streak is sit back chill out do something else or watch a movie and come back to poker table when you'll start missing it and really feel to perform in a tourney.. Playing too much in a loosing streak is generally bad cause you loose your focus way too easily... well, my opinion
