I got my $10 bonus confirmed earlier today... had a look at the site - which is terrible btw. Easily the worst site I've ever played on... I played a few of their freerolls and won my BR up to about $13 before taking $10 to a live table... about half hour later, I had won it up to a little over $30. Everyone sat out, so I left the table.... now my balance says £9.32.. roughly $15. What's going on????
I've emailed support asking for an explanation and my money to be credited to my account - no word back as yet.....
NOT happy.

Lol, Don't worry about it your not the first person to make that mistake. I've seen at least one other recent post of the same thing. Its an easy mistake to make & I'm sure you won't be the last. Thankfully you posting with this info may prevent others from making the sane nistake. So its all good

I was dead chuffed when I thought I was $20 up from so short a session...
Although that was totally my fault, not the sites.. the fact remains that its a truly awful site. There were less than 100 people online, its laggy, and online based for some reason - it doesn't bring up the table or alert you in any way when its your turn, it lost one of my tournies altogether, it sat me out despite me being there and wouldn't allow me to sit in, thr graphics are horrible and I could go on...
But on the plus side - free bankroll , some good freerolls to build your bankroll and support replued to me VERY promptly.... I guess they're as busy as a complaints department at a free money shop, but still... Credit where its due.
I'm hoping to win some decent cash on there, clear the withdraw terms then take my money and run far far away
I just signed up for the NDB for Poker Ace. I did notice when I signed up there were only 66 players online. However it was 8am server time as its based in Asia somewhere. So Looks like best time to play will be Lunch time UK time onwards. Even so its still supposed to be low traffic.
I have read that you need to use the NDB within 7 days of recieving it or you lose it. But can anyone tell me that if I play for a while & then don't play for 7 days do you still lose it or is it only from when you recieve it?

I registered few days ago but I never could not log in. After a few attempts I gave up. I tried to change my password but it didnt work.
Anyway after reading your post I think I will not try to log in once again, since the pokersite seems to not be worthwhile. Moreover, 10 bucks are not enough cash to build up a bankroll with good bankroll management. I mean 10 dollars are onle usefull to gamble and try the poker site.
Well, hope you can clear the bonus youth85. Good luck on that task!

To me it's looking like a lot of these smaller flim flam sites try to keep you there with less than honourable means....and not because it's a great poker site like PokerStars...
Too many gimmicks and not enough substance in my opinion...
