Hey guys!
I've played 17 $0,25 SnG's at PartyPoker which would give me 1,020 PartyPoints. The thing is, I have only been credited with 0,660 and when I contacted support they saud there may be some delay since they've had more problems with this lately.
The thing now is that I earned those points in order to play the $5000 freeroll which I no can't enter since I haven't been credited the points that I've earned. What do you guys think is the possibility of me getting a free entry to any of those events as compensation? You need to earn 1 PartyPoint 24 hours before registration closes in order to get an entry. This I have done but haven't been given the points that I've rightfully earned.
I really don't know what to do since I basically miss out on one day of that freeroll...

dunno- if you earned the points and everything is fine from your side, then it's a letdown from partypoker...usually big sites do compensate one way or another in such cases. if this is a regular freeroll- i think you will be credited with a ticket to the next one. if not then probably with some other ticket.

1020 PartyPoints??? i know they gave you 2PartyPoints for each $1 raked... you need to pay $510 for get that 1020PartyPoints... btw ask the moderator what's happening and keep us posted hope you'll wil all that SNG you'll play

Like doarulle is saying here are you sure about the amount if pints. They seem quite a lot to me. But anyways regarding the tourney if you cant enter it ask for an entry to the next available one. They should honour your requests since its not your mistake.

Doarulle and Mober, notice that there is a comma between the 1 and the 0, it's just over 1 point.

Well it seem like a good deal to me if they register you in the 5k freeroll. Your only suppose to get acces to that tourney via a 1point 25 seat qualifier... Gave you a free step hope you did grat in that 5k freeroll

Hehe I also first thought it was one thousand and twenty ... but I knew that cannot be right so I figured it's 1,02 ..
Anyway it's nice that you got the ticket for another day's freeroll since you had done everything you should to meet the requirements...
Oh and yeah it's kinda annoying when people leave comments like that when they could read the thread and find the answer theirselves but please erru, don't go so hard on them It's not that big of a deal

400 got ITM, I was sitting in 200 something, get delat AK, flop comes AKK, One player moves all-in, I call and he flips over QQ. Turn is Q and river is Q, I'm down to less then 1BB and get knocked out the very next hand and finish in 700 something I think. A real bummer since I was really playing my A-game. But hey, that's poker, s**t happens

Well i noticed the coma there but i thought in that case t was meant for a thousand. Followed by 020 seemed more logical to me. And its kinda confusing some times with the (,) and (.)
To us here (,) is always for decimal and (.) for thousands, millions etc.
Now watch what you have quoted : We are contacting you regarding the issue related to $5,000 Daily Giveaway. Is that a 5 dollars Daily Giveaway?
