Don't go throwing accusations around. There is a simple solution to your problem: Just reste your password. Try to log in again after every try. This has happened quite a lot at their site. I had to reste my password 5 times before it worked. Give it a go and tell us what happened. And be patient, it might take more then 5 tries.

I've had no problems with it except the occasional dodgy connection, which can happen on any site. I would agree with erru don't jump to conclusions until support starts saying weird things.

I totally agree. People have to remember that its a new site with new software. You have to expect some teething problems. All the main poker rooms have had years to tweak their software. I remember the same connection problems with Party Poker in 2008.
Also I've heard a few good things about their support being helpful & I know people have managed to cash out. So chill guys & stop expecting perfection. Its brand new, it will take time for them to improve their system & software.

Why don't you just QUIT of this platform? they have a lot of minus and single + is that promo with $10 free from BANKROLLMOB... wonder how many mobsters continue play there and how many cash-out some money? i quit after lose all BR with KK vs Q2 shove pre-flop and because of lag...

I don't see what people have against this site, yeah its not very good, but its not as bad as everyone makes out. Yachting is, and kingdom of poker was worse.
It's not the first time I see a mobster complaining aboute pokerace in here. Why would they have banned you? I know it's not a great site but can't come to the point that they would be banning you just because you won a freeroll 2,50$ tickets... Have you tried contacting their support?

I dont know what to say anymore.I did try the method suggested by MichaelKK , Reset about 10 times already .If the method are working why should i talk bad about them in the first place ?

Just contact the support; they reply within like 10 minutes 24h a day 7 days a week.
Have contacted them 5 times total; received all replies within 10 min and only one thing took longer as they had to escalate it to security team who only works business hours.. They are a really good site with just crappy software and little to no rb (think I am getting between 13-22% rakeback depending on what time in each month) but the fishy player pool and the lack of HUDs/notes is very significant especially when playing HU/3 handed I feel you can have a huge edge on more HUD/note reliant players who aren't taking external notes.
Just received 2nd cash out in Skrill account today aswell after a juicy session last weekend. No complaints
Today I registered account at pokerace, and after registration I can't use my account. Same thing: "Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again."
