The WSOP's Tournament Director, Jack Effel, hosted a conference call announcing that they want to "kick off the Series with a bang", Effel pointed to the $1,500 "Millionaire Maker", which guarantees the winner $1 million, as one of the most exciting additions to this year's schedule. Keeping on the topic of the WSOP's structure, Effel stressed that players won't be exposed to excessively long sessions and their aim is to play no more than 11 levels each day. Away from the felt, the WSOP will be showing live streams throughout the Series and RFID technology will be used to stream player's hole cards alongside commentary from David Tuchman. The other significant news to come out of the media call was that the WSOP will be launching its own real money poker site in Nevada during the Series. Further details weren't available but Ty Stewart said the "market is ready" for their online offering.

It's great to hear about the live streaming part, so far it has been so hard to be able to watch a final table... Now i think that the sytem will also work since i imagine there are many people that will be online all the time.

Have never watched a live stream before of a final table in WSOP myself also. It will be nice to have a link and watch a couple of hours real action, if the time difference permits so.

Just head over to wsop dot com when the series stars and they will have the live feed on there. It's ok but it does get a bit boring if they aren't chatting much and there isn't anyone you know playing. Should be better if you can get to see the hole cards tho. It will obv have to be delayed 10 minutes tho so it won't be live live

G'day mate
I love how so many people come to the WSOP main event every year and drop down their $10K. So many people really have more money then brains it seems. Every year you can see that their are players there who really are complete idiots and you just know that they have no hope in making the money at all. It is amazing how total fish can delude themselves into thinking they are really sharks. I always want to be seen as a total fish forever Hmmm you know maybe I am just one of them delusional fish
