Last month he won the WSOP APAC Main Event for AUD $1,038,825, followed by 4th in the EPT Grand Final for $420,912 and just this week made the WPT World Championship final table for $137,085. Now he has mastered the virtual felt, taking down his first online major - SCOOP Event #39-H, the $5,200 PLO Six Max. He defeated 179 other players to take down the first prize of $216,000 and no doubt goes into the WSOP as the most in form player of 2013. ''Won my first ever major online poker tournament. This last two months has been the sickest run of my career. So thankful and SO FUN!'' tweet from Daniel

wow- thats one sick run to be envy of...remember a few weeks ago reading of a similar hot streak for luske...those wins seems to come stacked together as tight as 3 sausages in one hole wonder why no one writes about my recent hot streak: won $0.15, $0.23 and $0.21 in last 5 freerolls

Thats one great run there he had. It seemed a little weird to me though the fact that he said he has never won an online tournament before. Not that i watch his career or anyone elses but someone would thought he plays regularly such tourneys and he is good at that. Either he is getting bad results or not playing too many online games

On twitter Daniel posted a video of him on Youtube describing his three explanations for his recent success. The first he attributed to luck (which I tend to agree on). U still need to have certain luck to win those big tournaments, u have to win the important hands. The second to a new read he has on the "newbie players" which he didn't have before. He didn't tell what the read actually is. The third is that he went to a special program called the "Leadership University" provided by Choice Center. They are training people to have a better "Emotional Intelligence" and to be more happy with their life, and take responsibilities. To be part of it, you have to pay a minimum of $2700. Daniel says it changed his life. IMO, $2700 wasted (or even more), Choice Center is a scam profitable organization. If you wanna be happy in life, just be (it's possible without spendin' $2700).
